Your workspace holds your conversations, contacts and connected accounts. Here is how we protect them.

Your data stays yours

Each customer's data is kept separate from every other customer's. Connected-account credentials are encrypted, and all traffic to the Service uses HTTPS.

Access

Only authorized staff can reach customer data, and only for support, security or legal reasons.

Backups and monitoring

We back up data regularly and watch the Service for problems around the clock.

Your controls

• Team roles that decide who sees what.
• Approval settings that decide what each AI worker may do on its own.
• An activity history of what your workers did.
• Disconnecting any connected account at any time.

If you find a security issue, email [email protected]. Please report it privately and give us reasonable time to fix it before sharing it with anyone else.
