Our story

hiublue started with business messaging: helping companies reach their leads over iMessage and text. The owners we worked with needed more than messages. They needed someone to answer the replies, follow up, and put jobs on the calendar.

So we built hiublue for small service businesses: plumbers, HVAC and electrical contractors, solar installers, real estate agents and law firms. You hire AI workers who run your outreach, answer your inbox, book appointments and call leads in your own voice, all from one workspace.

We are a small team of engineers and designers. Every feature we ship keeps the owner in control: workers show what they did and why, and anything that can't be undone waits for a person to approve it.

The work, not the tool
A tool waits to be opened. A worker does the job. If the only way to get value out of hiublue is to remember it exists and go click something, we built the wrong thing.
Nothing happens in the dark
Our workers act on their own. Every action carries a name, a reason, and an undo. Autonomy is never permission to be invisible, and no worker does anything to your customer that you can't see afterward.
Complexity is our job, not yours
The hard parts stay on our side of the screen. If using hiublue means learning accounting, or messaging compliance, or how to write a prompt, we haven't finished the job.
Know where to stop
A worker that oversteps costs more than one that asks. Anything that can't be undone, or that a stranger will see, waits for a human. We would rather be paused than sorry.
